Golf is boring!!

Well – that’s what our daughter thought anyway when we asked her!!

So no judging please!!!

She’s only four!

I did have to laugh when I filmed this asking what our lovely H thought about Daddy playing golf all the time (though now I don’t really have a leg to stand on as I’m always on either my phone or the Mac!).

Made all the more hilarious and ironic due to the fact that my husbands entire family is so very active and into just about every sport you could possibly name!

So obviously I had great pleasure in showing this little video to them!

Hehehe!

But, I think Daddy is trying to get the last laugh here and prove wrong the notion that ‘golf is boring’ – as just the other day, H came hurtling into the kitchen, and was very proud indeed to show off her very own mini golf club!

Yep – Mr B had taken her to the nearby golf store and bought one of her very own.

Which I actually think is rather brilliant!

I think it will be wonderful for Mr B to take his daughter, and Little E when she is old enough, to the golf course to learn a new sport.

Yes, she is currently swimming, horse riding, and hoping to get involved in tennis, but why not add a spot of golf into the mix too!

Watch out Tiger – H is coming to get you!!

Golf bores me to be honest. I quite like most sports but I would rather scrub the bathroom floor than having to watch golf!

haha, bless her! I constantly have footballs kicked around my house! I try to stop it but they always manage to find another ball that I’ve hidden! x

Ah, she looks so sweet with that club! My husband plays golf, too, and plans to take our two to the driving range when they’re old enough. We’re not brave enough to have a golf club in our house just yet – the 2 yo would no doubt cause some damage! #SundayStars

I think it’s lovely that our lovely hubbies and partners want their children to be so involved. Plus – if the kids do end up loving it – it means more ‘alone’ shopping time for us when they’re off on the golf course all day!! Steph xxx

Well done Daddy what a great idea to get her excited about his hobby! How can we get them excited about blogging!!!

Brilliant! We have the same with football! Although little one does want to go and watch a game with daddy….I’m sure she’ll come to the same conclusion once she does though

Hahaha! That video is SO cute. I wonder if she will still think it’s boring when she starts using that club? I miss golf since I got my frozen shoulder. I will definitely play it again one day. Thank you for linking to #PoCoLo x

That’s just brilliant! And could have been aimed at my husband too! Monkey has his own mini club too but I’ve been a bit scared he’s going to smash something in the house! My hubby is desperate for him to LOVE golf… #PoCoLo

Hahaha – funny isn’t it when the boys in our life are so desperate for them to love their sport. Though I suppose I can’t talk. I would still love the girls to be more into their horse riding! Yes and I suppose it’s best not to let them have the clubs in the house too! I see breakages of home furnishings and I dread to think if my little one got hold of it!!!

What a cutie. All the best for all her sports – golf included 🙂

Awwww thank you so much – I have a feeling the sports will feature quite highly if my family has anything to do with it. We’ll have to wait and see. Steph xxxx
