{ The Ordinary Moments 14 } #38

On this ordinary Sunday morning the sky was overcast, the air was as cold as I think its been so far this autumn and it was just a typical day to snuggle somewhere on a sofa.

But no, we decided it was the perfect morning to go for a Sunday stroll.

So on with our wellies, our coats and our scarves and off we went for a walk around the old airbase.

At first Little E was fast asleep in her buggy, so didn’t have her little partner in crime to play with.  She trundled along by our sides, jumping in the odd puddles but I must say she was a little on the grumpy side, with comments such as,

Mummy, I’m hungry;

Mummy my legs are getting tired (after literally taking about four steps!)

and

Mummy, I’m thirsty

But,as the sun started to peek slowly out from the misty haze, and the brisk air grew a little warmer, Little E woke up and wanted a piece of the action too.

No sooner had she been released from the confines of her buggy, did H buck up entirely.  Off she trundled with Little E in tow, pointing out flowers, trees, birds and cow poo along the way.

It wasn’t a long walk, but it was time spent as a family out in the open and was pretty perfect none the less.

    Ah your girls are just so beautiful! Lovely photos of them both. We love going out on family walks too, but I know that feeling, as soon as we have started walking my big girl complains and wants to be carried. I always wish I had bought the double buggy! 😉 x

    Hello honey. What a lovely thing to do on a Sunday morning. Autumn is my favourite season because of moments just like this. Your two little girls are gorgeous. That last photo is adorable. Hugs Mrs H xxxx
