With my new home office practically completed now – yes I know – it’s taking forever for such a small space! – I’ve recently been trawling the web for various items of beauty which I think will look fabulous in my new, and very grown-up study!
Because sometimes, don’t you think it’s the little things that make all the difference!
I must admit though, rather than something designed purely for its functionality, I’m far more attracted to anything pretty, and should probably also admit to being a bit of a magpie, as I adore most things glitzy and sparkly!
Yep, I’m your typical girl heh!
So, if it’s pretty yet a little pointless, I will probably love it! Please put me out of my misery (or at least my husband’s misery) an tell me that I’m not the only one here!?
Ok, maybe I’m being a bit silly. Of course these accessories have to have purpose. But that doesn’t mean they can’t make me smile when I look at them too!
I’m especially in love with the recent, but still ever popular trends of modern metallics and monochromes and one half of this year’s two Pantone colours of choice, Rose Quartz in any of its guises. I just can’t get enough of all things blush right now!
So with that, here’s a little list of what has caught my magpie eye over these past weeks as I excitedly prepare for the home office to finally be finished!

Iv got about 5 rooms on the go at the minute and feel like I always have, I never stop changing things! I’m starting to drive myself mad! All started but unfinished I finally got my arse into gear yesterday filling some holes!
That lamp <3 It's so cool and yet so chic! I also love the 'eat sleep blog repeat' pencils! I can't wait to see your office when it's finished, I need to get started on my little office space but I'm adamant the back garden is going to look presentable for Summer first!

There’s always just do much to do isn’t there. I should have had the office finished weeks ago, but it’s just dragging! And yes, now that Spring has sprung, it’s definitely time to start attacking the garden too. Another thing to add to the list! Hope you’ll post about it though, so I can see what you’ve done.
