Sunset Silliness – My Captured Moment

Whilst on holiday in Devon recently, we decided one evening to treat ourselves to a meal out. Generally we had been self catering as much as possible, though had been dining out at lunchtimes, so thought that just once, a meal out in the evening would be a welcomed change.

So, my friend and I bucked the trend of the week and actually bothered with some make-up that evening, and even dressed a little smarter too.

The restaurant was only a short drive away, and was located on the point of a headland, with expansive panoramic views out over the entire bay of Westward Ho!  The only place I can think of to have an exclamation mark actually included as part of its name!

The restaurant was fitted with large floor to ceiling glass windows, so that guests could enjoy and make the most of the beautiful vista outside.

We’d agreed that an early evening meal would suit us best with both families having young kids and small babies, which turned out perfectly in our favour, as by the end of the evening, we were able to watch the stunning sunset out over the sea.

As we were getting ready to leave and get back into the car, Holly and Mollie decided some silly dancing was obviously in order. So, naturally I encouraged this and grabbed the camera to capture the moment of sunset silliness!

Fab shot of your lovely girls Steph – just love it when they go all silly and uninhibited – love getting shots of MasterB when he’s like that.

This is such a lovely picture. You’ve captured a great moment. They look so happy and free, just as kids should look especially on holiday 🙂
